The submission period for Experience Center Stations is now OPEN. Please see below for details and deadlines.
Added in 2019, the OCP Summit Experience Center has become an extremely popular attraction in the Exhibit Hall where engineers showcase best-in-class product demos, solution stacks, software and hardware tools, and technologies under development or recently released by the various OCP Projects.
This area gives the OCP Community a venue to showcase OCP-recognized product offerings, discuss Community-authored specifications and emerging technology in the pipeline, while receiving direct feedback from Summit attendees. This is hands-on, engineering lab experience.
Our next Summit Experience Center will be showcased at the 2023 OCP Global Summit.
Submit for an Experience Center Station
CRITERIA
The overall goal of these Stations is to give the OCP Projects an opportunity to demonstrate their progress. This is a non-commercial experience, therefore demo/topic must be relevant to the OCP Community, ideally reflect OCP tenets, and have an impact outside of commercial opportunities.
- Station must be a collaboration of more than one organization.
- Stations led by an OCP Project will be given priority.
- Demo/topic must be contributed or on the path to contribute to OCP.
- Demo/topic must be relevant to the OCP Community and not be commericial in nature.
- Station must be interactive and important for first-hand display, not something that could easily be shared virtually.
- Demo/topic should complement the overall Summit theme: Scaling Innovation Through Collaboration.
- All organizations participating in a Station must be a Summit sponsor on any level.
