Introducing an advanced transceiver module, purpose-built for 500m optical communication applications, compliant with the 100GBASE CWDM4 Open Compute Project (OCP) specification. This module exhibits exceptional performance by converting 4 input channels (ch) of 25Gb/s electrical data into 4 CWDM optical signals, efficiently multiplexing them into a single channel for seamless 100Gb/s optical transmission. On the receiver side, the module skillfully de-multiplexes a 100Gb/s input into 4 CWDM channel signals, resulting in a 4-channel output of electrical data.

The 4 CWDM channels boast precise central wavelengths set at 1271, 1291, 1311, and 1331 nm, seamlessly aligned with the CWDM wavelength grid specified in ITU-T G.694.2. The module features a duplex LC connector for the optical interface and a 38-pin connector for the electrical interface, ensuring easy and reliable connectivity.

For optimal optical dispersion in long-haul systems, the module efficiently utilizes single-mode fiber (SMF). To support up to 500m fiber transmission, Host FEC (Forward Error Correction) is an essential requirement, ensuring data integrity.

Designed in strict compliance with the QSFP28 Multi-Source Agreement (MSA), the product exhibits a superior form factor, impeccable optical/electrical connections, and a digital diagnostic interface. Its robust design guarantees durability even under the most challenging external operating conditions, including varying temperatures, humidity, and EMI interference.
